It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. For most of the week we had warm temperatures, high humidity and record breaking heat indexes. When I was a kid there was no heat index so instead of saying the heat index is 114 we used to say that it was hot out. The home I grew up in was not air conditioned.
Here are some photos of Lake Superior. I wish I was there now because it is always beautiful and usually cool. I hope looking at the photographs will help those who only have their imagination for air conditioning.
