Walk on Water

by G. Sax (@gsax)

Over the past couple of months, I've been saying good things about winter. It's March now, and I'm ready for season #2. We'll get a few snowfalls here yet. Maybe one of them will be quite large. But it won't last long. Not as long as this year's snowpack, which is finally receding, much of it right along my morning path to the garage.

This has been my view for the past couple of weeks:

Walk on the Ocean

Go ahead and tell me I have drainage issues. Give me some salt and sand advice. I'll listen. I might even learn something. But I also understand that I have a 124-year-old residential plot (at least), and that I'll have to deal with a few seasonal oddities as I try to make my goofy little way through homeownership.

May you enjoy the impending spring. And may you walk unimpeded to the front door of your new home. Or may you welcome buyers past unfrozen sidewalks into your home for sale. But in either case, upon entering a home for sale:

  1. Great Blog. It’s been raining for months now in Sacramento. We need it though. Hopefully pull us out of a drought!
