This data is from the RMLS, and compiled by the Minneapolis Board of Realtors. The data is a comparison of June 2006 and June 2007, and looks at the housing supple by price range and how long it will take to absorb it for the 13 count Twin Cities Metro area. There are currently 33,870 properties on the market. I don’t want to put much of a spin on this but I would call it a metro wide buyers market.
