In St. Paul it is illegal to rake leaves or any kind of year waste into the street. The law is totally unenforceable of course so I’ll just say don’t do it. There are free yard waste drop off sites in Ransey county for yard waste. See StPaul.gov *
Another option is to spread the leaves out in your yard and run over then with the lawn mower or put them in those cute bags that look like pumpkins.
