The numbers are taken from the RMLS and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. So far this year in the City of Saint Paul 4212 single family homes have been put on the market and 1477 have sold or currently have offers on them but have not yet closed. There are 2444 homes on the market. The math does not quite work. The 300 or so missing listings are those that have been taken off the market and do not show up as having been sold.
