Mears park is located in the lowertown neighborhood of downtown St. Paul, it takes up a city block and is located at 6th and Sibley.  One of my favorite parks, it really is an oasis.  The stream runs the length of the park, with gardens along the edges. There are concerts in the park during the summer and  activity in the park all year, as people who live in the nearby lofts and condos walk themselves, and their dogs.
