Fireworks and holiday lights

In case you missed it last night the tree in Rice Park in downtown St. Paul was lit and the skating rink is open and ready for business.  Maybe next year they will let me help plan it. The beautiful buildings surrounding the park were dark to show off the lights in the park but the street lights were left on. I’ll be going back to take some photos with the buildings lit up the way they should be. They make a wonderful backdrop for the lights.
